To facilitate revenue on the books in Q4, the company has appointed three new hires to join its senior management team. Caitlin Nowak will serve as Director of Operations, Andres Londono as Senior Product Manager, Engineering and Jessica Bullock as a Commercial Sales Manager.

Caitlin Nowak

Caitlin Nowak is an Arizona native who has excelled in the solar industry for 9+ years. Caitlin is passionate about proficiency, perfection and performance and her experience shows up daily in customer service, project management, operations, and corporate growth strategy. Under her leadership companies thrive and scale. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with family and friends, is an avid sports fan, and is always up for some friendly competition.

Andres Londono

Andres Londono graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. Andres has been in the solar industry for the past 6 years with experience in product development, manufacturing, material science, steel and aluminum solar racking system design and procurement. During his free time Andres enjoys traveling with friends, cooking, spending time with his family and playing golf on the weekends.

Jessica Bullock

Jessica Bullock’s passion & tenacity for leaving our world a better place can be traced back to 2014 when she began her career within the solar industry. As a very knowledgeable Commercial Sales Manager for Nuance Energy, she takes great pride offering best-in-class service to our clients. Calling Southwest Florida home, Jessica enjoys spending time at the beach with her rescue dog, LuLu.
